Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently complain about poor cleanliness, with many describing the rooms and facilities as dirty and poorly maintained. Noise is a significant problem, especially due to loud music from a club, making it difficult for guests to sleep. Service is also criticized, with reports of unresponsive staff and unfulfilled requests for basic amenities. However, the hotel's location receives positive remarks for being convenient and quiet in some cases, and a few guests found the staff polite and helpful.
