Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its exceptional breakfast, friendly and helpful service, excellent location with beautiful lake and mountain views, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the beds comfortable and rooms spacious. The staff, especially the owners, are frequently mentioned for their hospitality. Some minor negatives include issues with soundproofing, lack of in-room amenities like kettles, and occasional rigidity from staff, but these are far outweighed by the positives.
