Nearly perfect location at port, alongside main city park, and at the edge of the old town. Wonderful balcony looking out across the waterfront. Nice bathroom.
Front desk staff had no clue regarding local information. Concierge rarely available. Inadequate drawer/storage space. Smallish room. Promised fix of broken thermostat never happened. Extra hangars requested never came. A single 33cl water bottle provided for a 3 night stay. Bar/snack area on first floor rarely open.

Rooftop Bar (Terrazza) was excellent - amazing views of the city and waterfront as well as great service.
The rooms were very basic and ours had a view of pretty much nothing.
