Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, strategic location near shopping areas, and generally good breakfast options. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with several guests noting clean rooms and bathrooms, but others mentioning issues like unpleasant odors, leftover items, and the need for better housekeeping. The bed comfort, specifically the pillows, is a point of criticism for being too hard and uncomfortable. Facilities like air conditioning and amenities are appreciated, though some guests experienced maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its value, service, and location, but could improve in cleanliness and comfort.
