Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and amenities on foot. The comfort of the beds and the quality of the showers were also highlighted positively by several guests. However, many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service, noting issues such as limited reception hours, language barriers, and unhelpful staff. Room sizes were often reported as smaller than expected, and there were occasional complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest feature, while service and room size are areas for improvement.
