staff was great. i'm so glad there was a business center where i could print off some paperwork. My big complaint was the lack of any printed info in the room. Don't make us do the work of using a QR code and then have to navigate a small screen on our phone. It's so cheesy too. Give us a damn booklet of basic info. Cons (-) I did not enjoy the parking. Only one car per room is allowed to park in the lot
