Cons:I was charged three times, at three different prices, for my one night stay. When I attempted to address this with hotel Staff at check out I was given the run-around and promised a manager would call me to address the issue. Never received a phone call from a manager. I called repeatedly to speak to a manager and ultimately did hear back. They assured me it was a mistake and that I would be refunded for the second charge. The following morning, I noticed a THIRD charge on my credit card, this time, for significantly more than the room itself cost. I spoke to the same manager again only to be given the run around yet again. Extremely disappointed, very poor customer service and very shady business practices.
Cons:The entire hotel was very dirty, waited an hour past check in for our room, breakfast was an hour past it's time, with small kids this is very hard. Pool was dirty, staff seemed poorly trained, unable to help answer any quedtions.
Cons:No elevator Very worn looking; carpet, dark walls, chair in room
Pros:Location was great. Shower was nice. Bed comfortable.
Cons:Hotel is way outdated. Room smelled of smoke from 10 years ago. Coffee maker didn't work. No full length mirror to get ready. Not happy with no elevator. Stayed a long time ago when it was new and my kids were young. Liked it a lot more then. Passed that point. Maybe when it's remodeled it will be okay, again.
Pros:Great hotel, clean, comfortable, great price and the staff was very nice and willing to help. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again if I'm ever in the area!

Pros:The first thing I noticed was that the room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. Everything was very clean and it was much cushier than I expected, with a large bathroom, and a nice couch, and a great bed. We drove up from Chicago and were meeting friends who were coming down from Minneapolis, and this was a perfect spot, right off the highway (there was construction on the highway when we arrived, but that is not the hotel's fault). There was a nice indoor pool, but we did not have time to go with all of our sightseeing in Madison. It was very convenient to downtown- a nice easy drive in. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! We loved the fresh fruit and waffles. Both families have young children, so when we found ourselves out looking for dinner on Saturday night downtown, most places were too busy and crowded, so we ended up getting delivery from a local pizza place. They delivered right to our rooms and the pizza was surprisingly good. Everything about our experience here was awesome!
