- The hotel has a good location, walking distance from pretty much anywhere, and very close to the bus stop for the airport
- At check-in (10pm) nobody was there. I rang the bell, nothing. I waited 10 minutes then I had to call them via phone to ask them to come downstairs - The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was very soft, and the wooden structure was collapsed on the left side - Cleaning did not happen for the 4 nights I was there - Windows had not been cleaned for a while, very dirty - Elevators need maintenance: you have to stick your hand in a hole to find the buttons - I asked for a taxi reservation on the checkout morning (5am): taxi didn't show up, and since my flight was in 1.5h I had to rush to the bus stop and catch the bus (maybe here it's because of the taxi company, but the experience was very bad)

It looked professional and modern. Staff was nice and helpful.
For the price the room was very basic and had plastic cups. Breakfast area was not very cozy and organized in a way that you had to weave around other guests to get to the different areas. For the price the breakfast was not to my expectations. Coffee machine was not working right and it seems they cater to a more British business traveler.
