Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime central location, making it easy to access local attractions, temples, and markets. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, with several positive experiences recounted about service and lost items. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were also highlighted, with some guests enjoying beautiful views and unique features like bathtubs in bedrooms. However, there were repeated complaints about outdated facilities, maintenance issues, and bathroom problems, including poor air conditioning, faulty locks, and cleanliness concerns. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out most.
