Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, old linens, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was also a common concern, with reports of absent or unhelpful staff and limited reception hours. Bed comfort received negative feedback, with several guests complaining about uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. Overall, while the location was a strong positive, cleanliness, service, and bed comfort were recurring problems.
