An old Building, very nice renovated, good atmosphere, very friendly staff, very clean, good located (close to the Piazza Grande ca. 100m) but quite as well. Typical boutique hotel with a small number of rooms, very individaul as wanted. The breakfast on the small terrase was great. Very good quality of the bed and mattress (bio). important was the air condition during our stay. Parking possiblilty in front. Helpful and friendly staff: much appreciated
Our room 11 was not good as expected but I am sure the other rooms are better: Windows: only roof windows without possibility to watch out (well you can see the sky) Bathroom: not really a separate bathroom - segregated with a glass wall close to the bed - open above - so you will have no secrets... the size of sink was similar to a shoe cartoon No fridge.

Very friendly welcome and service throughout my stay. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and comfortable spacious rooms. Definitely a good option in Locarno!

Breakfast and the House
I liked everything but i am very disapointet about the room size. In my eyes it was a Single room and not a Double room so the Price was mich to high for 220.- Fr. There was only a ned and nonspace around. I Lampard fehlt like in a prison
