Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the beach and city center as a major advantage. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, mold, and unclean bedding. Many found the beds uncomfortable, and the breakfast offerings were often described as poor or basic. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive or absent staff and communication issues during check-in. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and service.
