Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many guests also appreciate the convenient location and amenities such as parking and bike rentals. However, several guests express frustration about the extra charges for spa and pool access, especially for those booking through third-party sites, and some mention issues with mattress comfort and noise. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a well-regarded choice for many travelers.
