Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient and safe location. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was frequently described as poor or inconsistent, and noise levels were a concern for some guests, especially those staying on lower floors or near busy areas. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and soundproofing.
