The staff were very accommodating for all of our needs. Exceptional service!
Very nice Hotel - huge rooms , well equipped and perfectly located. Amazing, helpful staff
Nothing . Everything was perfect
we loved the breakfast and the setting. super friendly staff and really helpful.
The collections of stuff everywhere were tastefully done, but a bit overwhelming with how much stuff is there!
The place is clearly one unique accommodation location in Lima and we really enjoyed our stay there. It is a villa with so many stories about the past, that you feel like being part of a scene from that time. The owner is an art lover and collected beautiful pieces from Peru and England, which he is displaying throughout the property. Just imagine having breakfast in a set-up from an antique shop. Lovely!
The damp smell from the room was a bit too much to handle, and also given the price we paid. I understand it is an old building, rich in history, but the lack of a proper window and the smell made our stay not very pleasant in that particular room.
It was comfortable. Although I thought the staff were a bit much they did fix things if they required. Extra blankets were given when it was cold. There was no hot water one morning, it was fixed that day. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
It's a bit dated and cluttered. The bathroom and bedroom could do with a freshen up. The staff who were friendly were maybe even a bit much. In your face a bit. Well in my husband's face a bit. It was hello sir but nothing to me. That's a bit weird and sexist and old fashioned and has no place in 2019. It was also expensive.
