Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach, city center, and marina, as well as the beautiful sea views from many rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems, especially in bathrooms and room furnishings. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced inefficiency or lack of interest. Breakfast and food options were generally acceptable but not outstanding. Room sizes and amenities occasionally did not match expectations or descriptions. Overall, the location and views were the hotel's strongest points, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency.
