Every thing was great and staff vary friendly
I liked the location being directly on the beach, we had a pool side room which was quite convenient, located next to the 1.4 m depth pool.
The whole experience was not up to the expectations. We requested a double bed, got two singles put together which is not convenient for a couple. The room was having a mouldy smell, then they painted the ceiling of the bathroom making it smell even worse. The room and the entire hotel were not really clean but had an acceptable level of cleanliness. There were no proper toiletries, only had shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel every appeared. We had to ask for slippers, otherwise would not have got them. The food was more canteen like than 4 stars hotel like, not really tasty. Same applied for the cookies. The only drink that had the expected taste was the Coke, all the other juices tasted differently than the canned versions. During meal time it was an adventure to find a free and clean table. Personnel was most of the times very tired working long hours and not performing properly, had to always ask for the table to be set, the glasses to be brought, water for the table, salt and other strictly necessary items. The meal times not appropriate for a holiday when people prefer to sleep and relax more (breakfast from 7-9, lunch from 12-14 and dinner from 19:30-21:30). No clear smoking areas, you could end up having your meal and your neighbours smoking while you and the children eat. The beach, although close was packed with sunbeds which gave a sense of a too crowded place. The practice was that sunbeds were "reserved" using personal items or towels from very early in the morning on the pool side or the beach, and people reserving them were using them only 2-3 hours a day, keeping them busy for the rest of it thus creating a feeling of sunbeds being not enough. Staff not always speaking English properly, making communication difficult at times. The water slides area was too small, more like for smaller children (up to 7-8 years) than for older ones.
The property itself is lovely, nice grounds, parking area off the road at the front of hotel, dolmas to town outside, beach front, good pool area. Staff were helpful and friendly and doing their best. Lots of choice of food, big salad selection and lots of vegetables and salad, cheeses, fresh omelettes in the morning and lovely desserts. Turkish pancakes available in the afternoon and ice cream all day. Probably get a bit repetitive for a whole week as there wasn’t much change day to day and if you like a lot of meat I’d say you might be disappointed with the choice and quality. Alcohol in all inclusive was ample and freely available.
The room I was allocated overlooked a courtyard which was a bit depressing, the place was heaving with people as it was school holidays and the place simply has too many bed spaces for the facilities. You could always find a sun lounger eventually, better on the beach as most seemed to like the pool which looked horrendous to me it was so busy. Meal times became like feeding time at the zoo, largely to do with the quality of guest rather than the hotel or staff. It was like they’d never seen food before! I think if you went out of school summer holidays it would probably be a really nice place but just sooo many children and families everywhere, I wouldn’t recommend for couples without children, friend groups or solos. Just not relaxing with screaming all day and early morning and things being thrown around, getting splashed at the pool and the beach, etc.
We visited with our 3 boys, they loved the variety of sports and games prepared from the Animation Team! Great holiday!
We did not like the “fight “ for table at diner time! It’s obvious that the seats are much less then the guests... Maybe it’s a good idea to let the families with small kids to have diner first and then the rest of the guests.
Reception staff helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday by lovely lady. Animation team was great organising events, activities daily and I enjoyed Beach Volleyball every single day as much as I could possibly.
Food is a big problem in the evenings. There wasnt much variety and there was very basic, little, cheap choices as a Turkish food which I expected more from a Turkish All Inc. Hotel. Chefs should be ashamed to themselves specially with no proper Turkish food and terrible deserts 4,5 different kind of baclavas, looked awfull and tasted disgusting also, which you dont expect from any Turkish Hotels. Pastrys served in the mornings was dry, hard and no taste. Between 7.30 and 8.30 restaurant is packed and looked like WW3 chaos. Not enough tables, not enough tables for 2 either.. Wifi is non existing in rooms and most areas. Unbeliavable for any hotel this size not solving Wifi issues with such a simple solutions. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday by lovely lady. Animation team was great organising events, activities daily and I enjoyed Beach Volleyball every single day as much as I could possibly. Hotel has private beach but I did not like at all. Beach and sea was dirty, too many stones to get in to sea. Also huge problem for this hotel is Sunbed wars!!! Weather at the pool or seaside its impossible to get sunbeds. Crazy and ignorant s****t heads from all over the nations puts tovels and reserves them early morning. If you go after 8.30 there are no sunbeds left at pool area and worse part is 99% of them is unattended, people just reserved by leaving towels and gone somewhere..Management should inform guests during check in any towels reserving sunbeds which unattended will be removed and thats sorted.. Management seems not reading these reviews or just ignoring them. All these points I raised it has been raised before and management incapable if dealing these issues or they are just ignorant Seems they like to get paid and sit down on their back sides..
