Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s central location, making it ideal for shopping and access to attractions. Many highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several reviews noting spotless conditions while others mentioned issues like musty towels or insufficient housekeeping. The hotel is considered good value for money, especially given its amenities and convenient car park rates. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as high beds, hard pillows, or the building’s age, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
