Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Bukit Bintang and Alor Street, making it convenient for food and attractions. However, many reviews mention serious cleanliness issues, including dirty sheets, ants, and unpleasant odors. Service is often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests found the rooms to be small and not as expected. Value for price is also questioned by some, citing maintenance problems and overall discomfort. Despite these drawbacks, a few guests found the hotel adequate for a short stay and appreciated the amenities provided.
