Good location, comfortable rooms, choice of pools, lovely staff and the staff were really helpful when I was trying to call the embassy following issues re getting home. Excellent stay, was recommended to us by my parents and it was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand
The Staffs are so nice
It was pleasant looking, just nice for 3 persons in a family suite room.
Had to climb 3 storeys high everytime you leave the room to go out. Didn't like the idea of the sink is outside the toilet, making it difficult to wash hands after use. Very unhygienic to open the toilet door, and wash hands after using the toilet. Breakfast was bad. Eat to survive, that's all. June 11, Monday night, heavy stormy rain, about 9.30pm. After dinner, when we returned to the room, the whole toilet floor and sink area were filled with tens upon tens of insects. Didn't where how they flew in from. Called the housekeeping but to no avail. Called the Receptionist. The lady receptionist on that night was very rude in taking my call. I had to tell her off. When she spoke with me on the phone, she was very rude and haughty. I did not pay so much money for the hotel staff to tell me off and being rude. My holiday stay there Krabi Thai Village was totally ruined. Though, I must say that the breakfast and dinner staff were very cordial and nice.
Beautiful. Great location. Lovely little restaurant across the street.
Hotel sorely in need or a renovation.
This hotel probably was awesome when it was first built. With traditional thai architecture.
It's old, dirty and run down. Everything is mediocre and I ended my stay early and checked into a nicer hotel for less money on the same street and closer to the beach and markets.
