Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for accessing beaches, restaurants, and shops. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests complained about excessive noise from nearby bars and streets, which made it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was another concern, with multiple mentions of dirty linens and rooms. The comfort of the beds was frequently criticized for being too hard. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out for many guests.
