Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location and pleasant views. However, many were disappointed by the limited or unavailable restaurant services, poor breakfast quality, and issues with hot water availability. Some guests also noted problems with room service and accessibility, such as the lack of an elevator. Overall, while the hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay in a good location, improvements in dining and certain services are needed.
