Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic and convenient location, high standards of cleanliness, and well-maintained pool facilities. The breakfast was highlighted as a positive aspect by several reviewers. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality of service, with some guests experiencing unprofessional or unfriendly staff, delays at check-in, and issues with customer service. Despite some negative feedback regarding service and value for price, the overall experience was positive for many, especially due to the pleasant atmosphere, amenities, and comfortable rooms.AI-generated from customer reviews
