The heritage ambience and courteous and helpful staff, very clean and safe.
Toiletries were minimum. Breakfast was not on the property. The twin beds room didn't have a good view so we felt compelled to take a room with a double bed, which was very small.
The old-world charm of the interiors. They gave us coupons for breakfast at Kashi Art Café, and the breakfast was fabulous, top class, with fluffy 3-egg omelette, toast, fruit, coffee and juice.
The vegans in our group got the same breakfast ,without the eggs. There should be an option to select pancakes or crêpes, for example, instead of the omelette.
I spent a few nights here, went up into the hills for a long weekend and, when I returned, it felt like home. The staff are delightful, the room could not be more comfortable and the hotel itself is literally lovely — thus the photographers outside every day taking photos. Excellent location on a quiet little street. Perfect.
The property is so neat, you love it once you set foot in it. Perfect location, great value for money. The decoration is simple but with amazing taste. Comfy beds, nice shower. The breakfast at Kashi Art Cafe is superb, that place is something! The staff very helpful, especially Boshy who provided us with all the information needed to go to Munnar and around Fort Cochin. Thank you! All in all, If ever back in Fort I will defo stay there again and recommended it to everyone I know.
Everything was more than fine
What beautiful place to stay, and the location is excellent. This is the most stylish place I've stayed in India and the staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful.
Nothing - would definitely stay here again when I come back to Cochin.
