New Star Beach Resort

The staff was extremely nice! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had a great time. The beach was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure

This hotel is in a brilliant location on a quiet pristine beach minutes from the main activity at Chaweng beach. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly who go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and are comfortable.

They really took care of us, gave us a really nice room and decorated it. Breakfast was good the pool was also pretty. Food at the restaurant was also delicious.

The room didn't offer us total privacy, we had to shut the blinds, and found a kid playing in our 'private' pool one morning (I would not imagine that is a common issue). The staff was not so good at English, which caused a few issues, but generally was fine (English was commonly spoken by guests but English speakers were definitely not the majority). I would like it if they had a clock in the room. Oh one more thing, they really should clean their beach more. It was fine and no major issue but there was definitely some trash from guests that was not cleaned up on a daily basis. They also had a sign that said no smoking but did not ask guests not to smoke, and many did.
