Pros: The food in restaurant are seriously excellent, even the snacks in the fitness center are full of surprise, and the staffs are all nice and polite. Also very thoughtful for the welcome drink and snacks and leaving presents.

Cons: The weight scale in bathroom is not accurate in our case :>

Pros: Fantastic hotel with great staff and service. Lovely welcome which helped set the hotel apart. Great, efficient shuttle service to nearby lifts. Beds fantastic. New spa, second to none.

Cons: A wider choice of wines in the menu at varying price points. Spirits were pricey (other drinks were reasonable to balance this however). re booking process - Would have preferred paying balance at the hotel and not prior to arriving to give more flexibility. Meant I paid the full group balance.

Cons: A little warm in the afternoon since there is no air conditioning

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Ask for the omlettes. Walk along the river and enjoy the panoramic view.

Cons: Spa and swimming pool is very small. Service sucks. Does not have separate male and female showers. Enjoy the view.

Pros: Superb service from the team at the hotel - they really did go the extra mile for us. luxurious linen, large bathroom, modern decor; a fantastic experience overall. The breakfast selection was amazing, the location super easy to access all skiing areas and it was just the getaway we needed!

Cons: We are a frequent travelling family and hardly write reviews. However, our 3-day stay at Hotel Elisabeth 4* Superior was so disappointing that we exceptionally post a review. First of all the arrival/location. In the pictures it seems as if this hotel is quietly located, in reality the hotel is on a busy main road. The reception was not cordial, no help with the suitcases, but mainly focused on the formalities. The rooms weren't ready yet and because we wanted to ski we dressed in a public mixed dressing room (can't this be any different??) On return in the afternoon we were first assigned one room while 2 rooms were reserved and paid. When entering the room, the heat struck in our face. The bathroom door was battered and on the tiles you couldn't stand. We immediately reported the extreme heat and asked if the temperature in the room could go down. Our children's room was on the floor above us. When booking, a quiet room and two rooms are specifically requested next to each other. Our room was located at the front and directly opposite of the entrance and the parking lot! We have also made a direct mention of this. The reception's note was that it wasn't far walk to the 2nd floor and that they no longer had a quiet room! Sleepless night due to extreme heat (Curacao is even cooler at night) and because window had to be open due to noise from traffic and parking. Day 2 reported again (now to the director) of extreme heat and noise. He indicated that he could not do anything about it because the hotel was fully booked. In the breakfast room no table was reserved for us and in the afternoon upon return our room was not cleaned and the Wifi did not work either. ……. On to sleepless night two.... After another complaint on day 3 we finally got a discount on our stay of 5% and the room temperature was finally normal. The conclusion is that this hotel does not make the superior title in any way. The price/quality ratio is completely missing.

Pros: Great hotel, friendly, great food, parking with a personal name card is a nice touch. Good massage / great health center & pool.

Cons: Front building too close to a road which has now become a heavy traffic road, given new buildings further up. With 40 degrees temp, one have to leave the windows open (no airco) and consequently, not enough of sleep with trucks passing by less than 4 meters from the room. Insist on a room in the more recent buildings (further from the road) or don't go. Consequently, given the heavy price ( for a half board go for a week package holiday rather than a booking.com with full prepayments upfront) during this time of the year, very poor value for money.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. Room was clean, pillows not great & no tea/coffee making facilities in room although there is a small minibar fridge. Spa is very nice.

Cons: We visited in March - as a location for skiing we were dependent on the bus to get to and from the lift. Website says hotel is ski-in but it wasn't - apparently this is only possible in January when there is good snow.

Pros: The food was very good. The manager and serving staff were very attentive. The rooms were large and comfortable. The sauna was very good. The price for drinks was surprisingly low, which was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Cons: The pillows could have a little more substance to them

Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious rooms and nice wellness! Definitely coming back here in the future.

Cons: The only point of criticism was that on the day of departure the cleaners where already in the room before leaving. They should have waited after checkout to clean the room.

Cons: Short and squeaky beds, mattress was not comfortable. Blanket was for winter time not summertime. Did not join the breakfast on any day but had to pay for it.

Cons: The room was a little bit cold. The cleaner did not bring us more shower gel but we found it more by ourselves.

Pros: The pool and especially the sauna are very nice and we ended up going there every day!

Pros: The whole personnel was very professional and amazingly accommodating. It was very pleasant to see them all smiling and keen on making our stay as comfortable as possible. The half board arrangement is excellent. Breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. Dinner is 4 course, starting with an abundant salad buffet, which would be enough itself. The food is very tasty and offers plenty of choices for vegetarians as well. The hotel is pet friendly so our small dog was welcome. But no pets admitted in the restaurant area nor in the wellness area, which makes a lot of sense. Wellness area was good, only the sauna opens from 4 pm, which creates a bit of crowdedness, as dinner is served from 6.30 to 8.30. Returning from the slopes around 4, gives you still a good hour to warm up and relax. One of the evening they organized wine tasting. On this specific evening they even exceeded in food offer and service what seemed already excellent. At no extra charge, we had a 6 course menu, and opportunity to taste the recommended matching white and red wines with each of the courses. It was a great culinary experience. Tribute to this offer I'm recommending here the winery: St. NEPOMUK from Austria. All in all, we had a splendid ski vacation and warmly recommend the place.

Cons: Perhaps it would be useful to open the sauna one hour earlier, even on the account of closing it an hour earlier.

Pros: The breakfast was ample. However, the dinners were superb - an excellent choice of an interesting menu which was well cooked, nicely presented and very tasty. The restaurant staff were very attentive. We liked the swimming pool very much. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. We felt very welcome this lovely hotel. The shuttle to the ski lift was very convenient.

Pros: Reception not as friendly as I would have liked. However, the staff in the dining room and household cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The toilet seat is just the right height as other accommodation usually is too low.. Parking is good.

Pros: This apartment was great for what we needed. It was comfortable, with good beds and a decent hot shower. Wifi was good. We loved the balcony view looking onto lush green hills and a chair lift which would probably be amazing in the winter season. There is a fridge and stove top but the property is attached to a steakhouse which is in the top 10 in Austria. The Austrian ox steak was the best I’ve eaten ever! I’ve had good steak in Australia, Argentina and California but this was unbelievable! Expensive but a real treat after bread and cheese. We only stayed 1 night and if we had more time would have explored the area more.

Cons: Lugging the suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, but hey having a balcony to sit out on away from the kids was worth it!
