Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and proximity to city attractions. However, the majority of reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty bathrooms and rooms, as well as problems with mold and unpleasant odors. Many guests found the rooms extremely small and cramped, often not matching the descriptions or photos. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests reported difficulties with check-in, communication, or security. Bathrooms were commonly cited as being in poor condition, with some mentioning broken facilities or lack of hot water. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel suffers from major drawbacks in cleanliness, room size, service, and bathroom quality.
