Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and tasty breakfasts. The location is considered convenient, especially for those seeking a getaway near the city. However, there are recurring complaints about the spa and pool facilities, such as broken or non-functioning jacuzzis and pools, as well as occasional noise issues.
