Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s convenient location, proximity to public transport, and friendly staff. However, many reviews mention significant issues with noise due to poor soundproofing, and several guests experienced problems with service, such as staff entering rooms without permission and unresponsive administration. Cleanliness and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort are appreciated, improvements are needed in service quality and noise control.
