Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, accessing the harbor, and attending events. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality. While the staff is often described as friendly and helpful, some guests experienced issues with service responsiveness and communication. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with occasional complaints about room conditions. Parking is frequently mentioned as expensive or limited, which detracts from the overall experience. Despite some dated facilities and minor inconveniences, the hotel is seen as a practical choice for short stays or cruise stopovers.
