The maintenance and cleanliness of the property. The spa and massage.
The property and town catered for Russians and the currency was Euro not Lira nothing about the stay felt authentic about being in Turkey. The staff did not provide information about facilities just a paper. When asked for local information, map and activities the receptionist asked her colleague for assistance before he said sorry no English. Staff are from 5* majors improvement is needed. The door to room did not close and lock you would have to force it. After reporting the issue nothing was actioned. I did not feel welcomed at all.
Outside pool looked nice food was ok.. The only thing that was good was the turkish(bath) hamam and massage we had on Monday.although later we realised the turkish bath should have been free !!..cost us 40 dollars.
Hotels shops not open. No snacks available at pool bar. Pool bar closed Thursday am.spa closed on Thursday too. Pool was not heated and Jacuzzi did not work. Rooms dirty. Only one restaraunt open. Staff rude and ignorant. Smell of sewerage by the lift.
The food was very good and the staff was kind and polite, but maybe in the future they can hire people who can speak english (not only russian)
Very poor signal for wi-fi, ware marks on the furniture and bathroom equipment (closet seat cover was the worst), not enough chairs by the pool.
