We stayed at the hotel for 4 days during Christmas. Everything was perfect. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean, the staff are very attentive and welcoming and the hotel is located in the nicest area of Kazan. Besides, the hotel restaurant is the best in the city, with amazing traditional food and excellent selection of drinks.

I have stayed here before, I am always happy with the staff, service and level of comfort. The location in the old Tatar Settlement provodes a great atmosphere and the hotel's restaurants are fantastic!
My only complaint this time - adjusting the room temperature was difficult (+30C is not an appropriate temperature to sleep in!). Otherwise, no problems.

After my landing, the transfer from the airport was canceled. Slippers in the room would be useful.

The hotel is very comfortable near the Kaban Lake with stunning sunrise while in the early morning you can go for a relaxing walk around the lake.
