Pros: I have been visited so many hotels and must admit that the breakfast was the nicest served I have ever seen. So cool and colourfull !!!!

Pros: Everything form start to finish was one great exprience. From the moment of check in to check out, food, room, facilities, hospitality, all exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Friendly staff, relaxing massage, tasty breakfast (great cakes!) and dinner.

Cons: Pool is not very big - okay as long as only few people there but gets crowded quickly.

Cons: Loud neighbors in next room and my kid couldn't sleep. Only one night issue and staff seemed to react accordingly because didn't happen again. Restaurant very expensive but good quality. In general for that price I expected a bit more, it is more 3 stars than 4.

Cons: Hotel was amazing, but staff very rude and didn't listen to customers. I do not speak polish but my wife is polish. its a shame such a beautiful hotel is spoiled by staff. No one smiles the only staff who talk is the cleaners. This is the first and last time I will visit that hotel and I will make sure no one from my family and friends will visit this hotel, because how the staff have treated me and my family. Staff which working in the cocktail bar opposite reception on evening 31.07.19 the customer service was very poor including management , horrible, not helpful and very rude . The staff need more training and maners and need to treat customers that they are right not argue with them. Make sure that customers are happy and want to come back. In my opinion hotel staff have forgot who pays the wages if no custom no job.

Pros: Super friendly and professional staff. But only few do speak English. Amazing property, everything you need is there under one roof, including a small shop. Great value for money.

Cons: The outside activities are all closed. For skiing we had to go to the Winterpool (1,5km away). It is pity that hotel is surrounded by a half meter snow and it was -9C in some days but there is no outside entertainment: sanechkowy tor was closed, no skiing either.

Cons: We received very small corner room in the ground floor, there was no space for child bed. After short chat in the reception, they changed the room for the correct size. The waitress in the café don´t speak any foreign language. Receive wine list was very complicated, very little sort of wines. No smile and sometime rudness of personal.

Pros: Aquapark is definitely the strongest point of the hotel!

Pros: We liked the fact that the hotel had everything under one roof . the view from the balcony was good and the pool and facilities were nice too. a good range of food was available.

Cons: The rooms were too hot and without real air conditioning. it was too hot to sleep . the hotel rooms are dated and need to be upgraded. the TV had no English channels and no smart TV . the baloney was very rough as the paint and plaster was falling of the walls . bathroom shower was very poor and the water went hot and cold . also a few insects in the bathrooms due to cracks in the floor .we were unlucky to have had very loud guests under our balcony that kept us awake , the hotel security did fix it . paid parking was too expensive and the rooms overpriced too.

Cons: Coffee was average quality. Bed was too soft and quite noisy when turning during a night so the sleep was always interrupted because of that.

Cons: Pictures give a much better impression than the reality. The spa was the main attraction for us - however couldn’t use it as it didn’t open until 4PM the next day. Was very warm inside .. but there were no fans. On opening the doors / windows the bugs came in.

Pros: The jacuzzi and saunas are nice. The property is close enough to some bars and shops and yet is super quiet.

Cons: The morning coffee could be better. The double room didn't have a real double-bed; there were two single-beds pushed towards each other and the mattresses were sliding off and there was always a gap forming between the mattresses.

Pros: The historical hotel building itself is really interesting.

Cons: - on early arrival staff simply said: see you at 3pm with no effort to check for available rooms or rooms which would be prepared before the check in time; - breakfast selection does not seem fresh (e.g. fruit flies in jams, etc.); - no amenities in the room; - TV is set up in a way that you cannot watch it from the bed; - Spa does not provide disposable/reusable flip flops - 'quiet' relaxation rooms in the spa/pool area are not soundproof and you can hear all the guest playing around and using the swimming pool while you're supposed to relax;

Pros: Overall very nice hotel , really lovely pool and spa section ( although water in a main pool a bit too cold ). Nice for a whole family. Really nice staff, very helpful. It was our second time there and I would recommend.

Cons: Breakfast could have more choices, there was no toaster available, not many choices for children, every day was more less the same and cake for dessert was the same for two days ...but overall not too bad.

The breakfast was ok, however we had a dinner there one time as well, and both starters and mains were way to greasy and oily. The taste was not bad but the amount of oil and dressing used was outrageous:( And the room was a bit hot at night.

Cons: Very small room for 2 people with 2 separate beds not comfortable. I smelled dog in the room very intensive which i reported to the staff and I found many hairs in the bedding

Pros: Peaceful location near Giant mountains, beautiful park next to the hotel. Building well kept. Comfortable spa and swimming pool. Wide sortiment and good tasting breakfast.

Cons: The restaurant - nice staff, but the dishes were often dirty, glasses with remnants of lipstick, withered flowers, very bad cook.

Cons: Breakfast was far too low quality and after 8am bread, tea and other stuff has not been re-filled. Same at the bar, drinks not really good.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, large selection and really good quality of food. Amazingly friendly staff. These two are enough for me to want to come back, but the location... the location... was AMAZING. Located quite high on a hill and within a short walking distance away from the Wang Church, and routes to Sniezka and Kopa.

Cons: The room was not great, double bed was actually two beds joined together (I'm quite certain I was filtering for this, but could have been my mistake when booking). What was not a mistake were smokers next door and their stink :/ Those beds were a curse, box spring beds, horribly uncomfortable. Never, ever, ever book a room with those beds - make sure they have a room with proper queen/king size beds with foam mattresses. It's fine for 2 nights, not for a week for example.

Pros: Bargain accommodation at a good price, nothing basically deviated from the average except really delicious breakfast

Cons: The quality of the płace reminds old school post communist resorts. It would be ok for half of this price but when you pay 130 zlotych per night you expect something more than youth hostel.

Cons: Me and my partner found bugs in our bed covers which was gross !! I did let the reception know however they didn't want to do anything about it until I mentioned booking.com and I got a slight price decrease, one lady in the morning that worked there was very very rude during breakfast we had no forks and neither did other tables and when I approached the lady she was refilling coffee on the phone which she completely ignored me and then abruptly stated that cutlery was on tables which clearly wasn't so I got two forks from a couple that were next to us and wasn't eating.

Pros: Sauna lovely. Private access to the hot tub & sauna, amazing little room. Rooms perfect

Pros: I liked: - the style of the saloon, coridors and the restaurant of the property, - it was clean (apart of one element, mentioned in don't like), - breakfast was fair, - there was hot water.

Cons: Unfortunatelly to much to write, I will just mention the main points: - lack of heating! It is not acceptable that there is no heating when outside is 5 deg C and the temperature in room goes much beyond 21 deg claimed (not proven) by reception. It is not acceptable to place guests in the room with broken window (lock was broken) - I guess the staff wanted to ensure fresh air :) - rooms: size and decorations, Maybe I was missled by booking photos, maybe by some descriptions or maybe somebody has good photoshop skills, however our room was far behind this what you can find on booking. - room equipment (double room) - beds, I will not refer to comfort becaues it is individual thing, plastick sheet, dirty bed cover (only cover, bed seets were clean) and two materaces instead of double bed for sure do not represented ordered double bed. - 10% discount for restaurant: firstly taking into account prices in reastaurant this 10% is needed to make them more 'normal', quality of food ok (better you can find in several places arround), discount not included even after requesting it when ordering. - beautifull saloon, not accessible for guests after closing reception. - shower heanger broken. On the end very dissapoiting place. Reading all these positive reviews I have feeling that there are two levels of rooms and we were these unluckies. Taking into account really nice and polite discussion with reception, I have impression that the money and rating is this what matters and any positive criticism is simply not accepted.
