The bathroom with the hot spring is very nice, very nice view on the valley. Environment is very quiet.
For that price, I would have expected excellent service. It was rather average. Some of the staffs were really nice and some other rather cold. One example that may sound like a detail: we arrived under the rain, so we were getting soak as we were getting the luggages out of the car. 20m away, the receptionist was looking at us struggling under the rain, with a bunch of umbrellas next to her, didn't make a move. In most 4 stars hotels, they would have rushed to help out. Breakfast was a very average chinese style buffet. While clean, our room could do with a bit of refreshment.

Good staff and service. The Villa Spa room with a private cold spring water pool is a “must try” for family with kids. While the location is rather remote, it is worth going to enjoy the tranquil and mountain view. Not much interesting places nearby.

Fortunately we could upgrade our room to their best room with private outdoor swimming pool without additional fee. The dinner portion was great.
The room we booked initially didn't match to our expectation and for the price we paid (NTD 4999). We think the room was over priced by this hotel. Our initial room was very humid, with rather worn interior....
