The resort was very huge, clean, located at the sea shore, with all the facilities available whether it is in the room or be outside the room. I really enjoyed my privacy, kids enjoyed the swimming pools, indoor and outdoor activities. I dwell in Makkah, so the nearest best resort to spend holidays without the travelling fatigue and tiredness is this best resort with worth price. Me and my family really enjoysd it. The last but not the least is the included breakfast buffet was big, tasty and never ending dishes made my holidays one of the best holidays. Thanks

Basketball and tennis court. The bicycles should be available everytime.

my visit to this hotel was the worst experience on my life starting with the villa it was too hot and no one tern on the before we come and they know that they have big problem on the AC and they need to fix it from long time but they did not and i moved to 2 other villas with a lot of promises from the staff and the problem is the same we can not sleep on the hotel the hotel is too old and the development on the past years were limited taking on the consideration that Mkarim did not have a lot of competitors they are using this only to take there price up not to serve the client on the best way talking about the facilitys they have 2 swimming pool the small one was acceptable but the big one was not clean at all and for other facilities for kids was not working with out reason and i had to leave and find another place to complete my stay i really advice any one to avoid Makarim from his list and for the management they really need to manage to fix all this problems and it need to go down to 3 stars max i have a lot to say but maybe if some one from booking or the management

atmosphere, AC, Water Pressure , Swimming pool, beach , room comfort, TV,

My King suite was beautiful with 2 bathrooms. It was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. There is a lovely path to the sea to the rear of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, a range of hot and cold food and freshly cooked pancakes.

I asked for fresh milk in the room to make a cup of tea but it was UHT milk and cost 7 SARS. No big deal but I’m from the UK and love my cups of tea.
