It was comfortable and had food on sight. Front desk were very helpful and hospitable.
No instruction on hot water and it took us a while to figure it out. Wish there was exhaust fan in the bathroom. No views because of construction next door.

I loved the stay in this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. They offered us help and even provided a room as per our convenience ( we had problem staying on upper floors). They guided us with safari tour and places to see around jaiselmer. We ordered breakfast which was delicious. Comfortable clean stay. Value for money.

Beautiful building with intricate stonework, and although outside the old town, it was quite an easy walk there.
Did find it a little noisy. The stone rooms and hallways had quite an echo

The hospitality and management are good in all aspects - food, housekeeping, amenities. The food, especially the breakfast, is very diverse. ||||From the restaurant, one could get a amazing view of the Sonar Kella.

The staff are all amazingly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was the most beautiful we have had. Very comfortable bed! Great shower.
Can be noisy, no sound proofing so guests need to be quietly respectful of other guests.
