Pros (+) The facilities are grand.
Cons (-) Service is not good. Wifi kept disconnecting every time phone slept, had to memorize passwords, ordered room service at 8, didn't get till 11p, asked for laundry service, delivered 3 hours late, jet lagged, try to take a shower at 3am, no hot water, guy says hot water doesn't turn on till 4am. Bathrooms finish was not up to the mark.
