Great deal except cleaning
Steal for the basic needs. Good beds and pillows!
Maid/cleaning service was really lame, with th only cleaning my room well 2-3 if the 8 nights of my stay.

Sat. night was very busy as there was comedy night...I could not finda parking place near my room.. After the show was over, I could move my car near the room. Otherwise, the stay was great.
Secure doors inside and outside. Security...felt very safe as a single woman there. Employees very nice. Rooms were very clean and accommodating.
Bed was hard, couldn't control the air conditioning. It was either too cold or we had to turn it off to warm up. Then we got hot.
Cleanness and service
Rooms on the outside doesn’t feel safe, about 3:00 am someone came and knock o our room door for two consecutive minutes banging on the door like crazy, we didn’t answer,, next time if they don’t have nothing inside the hotel ill cancel my reservation.
The AC Unit couldn't get the room cooler than 78 degrees. Even though the rooms are non smoking, people would just smoke right outside their room. This would result in rooms being filled with the stench of smoke. For a 5 month old and a woman who can't stand smoke to the point of vomiting we will not be staying at that Ramada inn again.
The staff was a blessing
It was our last day at the hotel and we had just finished breakfast. We stayed there with our four month old daughter. We left the hotel and drove away. We got to the target down the street and saw that my daughter had soiled her diaper up to her armpits. We raced (safely) back to the hotel (I of course introduced myself and said I was previously staying in the hotel) and i simply told them that my four month old had soiled her diaper horribly and I need to enter the room again to wash my baby in the tub. They understood completely and gave me the room key to my previous room. Even though this occurred before check out, my family and I were truly blessed by their helpful attitude.
This is not a hotel for humans. This is a farm for pigs !!
Sleepless in Jacksonville
If you want a good night sleep don't stay here. I checked in and while unpacking I heard lots of noises from nearby rooms so I decided to get another room in a different part of the hotel but didn't help at night the constant noises from doors slamming and having a comedy club on premises doesn't help with late night shows. So I had to check out early from lack of sleep and will never return or recommend this hotel.
I would have loved to give a better rating, but power went off right after midnight, it was very hot could not get ice, I was hard to see to take a shower the next morning and there was no breakfast. I relize it was not there fault but I think they should have offered so sort of refund.
