The staff were very friendly, and helped with everything I needed, also answered all my questions and booked a taxi when i needed it. They were amazing, thanks for this! The terrace of my room had a great view, it was delightful to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine there. The place was extremely clean, I would definitely recommend it. It is easy to reach by car or by tram, it is a few minutes away from the Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia.
Everything was good. What could be problematic to people with leg/feet problems or elderly is that my room was on the last floor and it has no elevator, so be aware of that if you book this room. The stairs are very steep and narrow and it is a bit difficult to walk, but the friendly staff always helped with my luggage and even brought coffee or tea into my room!

The location is ok, close to all the major sights. Staff is friendly, although struggling with english.
The room looked larger and much nicer on the photos. The radiator couldn't be adjusted so it was either too cold or two hot. The shower can't get hot, which wasn't too pleasant as we like hot showers. The room was next to a busy street so there was quite some noise from the traffic. This is good 2 star , bad 3 star and far from advertised 4 star hotel.
