Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and some spacious rooms with good views. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, misleading photos, lack of regular housekeeping, noise disturbances, and inconsistent service. While a few staff members are described as helpful and friendly, overall service and maintenance are frequently criticized. The hotel is considered convenient for its location, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and guest experience.
