I did not like anything
The property was poorly situated and was not stated on the website quite how steep the hill was, even to get into the building. There is also little around the area and the transportation links are not easy to get too if you have mobility issues. They gave the wrong rooms, even though they were requested months prior and did not even have a spare duvet to offer us. The bath/shower has no screen so the water goes all over the bathroom floor which resulted in me slipping, because there was no additional towel to mop it up. I had booked for 5 nights and only stayed one and cancelled the other nights and relocated to another hotel. The staff took little responsibility for anything and blamed it all on the booking platform.
The hotel is in a very good location although it is on a steep hill and has very tight awkward stairs and might be difficult to enter for some people. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and clean, and the daily maid service was very good. Breakfast was average but good and they did not make coffee every day. The hotel has a great view from the rooftop.
The bed was not comfortable in room 401. This is the only reason I did not rate this hotel higher. It squeaked every time you moved and got in and out and the mattress had no support and it just needs to be replaced. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels and if the bed had been even the slightest bit comfortable, I would have rated it as one of the better hotels in this class.
It’s really value for money In very good location Good staff Mr.Ali, Miss.aysha & Mr.Mohamed Good in communication especially for arranging airport pick up & drop I’ll come back again
Only one issue is toilet seat cover keep closing on your back, I told to fix it but they forgot not to worry because I hardly stay at room
The breakfast in the morning was nice a very nice spread was put on
Had to move rooms twice I booked with my fiance and baby the first room they gave us didnt have a baby bed and they told us we had to wait till the next day before they could give us one and that they had to move our rooms in order to do this so we moved the room they then gave us had a broken bed and the third room the shower was broken and had no pressure but by this point we couldn't be bothered to move again so we just coped with it. One day the room had been cleaned and we had not been given any towels so we rang reception and got questioned as to if we was having a shower at 2 in the afternoon we would definitely not stay at this hotel again !!
The hotel is very good and the rooms are quite nice and friendly staff
