Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Many also compliment the friendly and helpful staff, particularly at reception. However, opinions on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests reporting issues with linens and room cleaning, while others found the hotel to be very clean. Other recurring negatives include noise issues, small rooms, and occasional dissatisfaction with breakfast or amenities, but the central location and positive service stand out as highlights.
