Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Istanbul's attractions. The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews highlighting well-maintained and comfortable rooms. However, some guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected, and a few mentioned noise issues due to the central location. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety. Despite minor drawbacks, the overall experience is very positive, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
