Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for commuting, shopping, and sightseeing. Many found the breakfast enjoyable and appreciated the friendly or helpful staff in some cases. However, several reviews noted issues with room size, especially for groups, and cleanliness concerns such as unchanged bed sheets and unclean rooms. Service quality was mixed, with some guests encountering unhelpful or rude staff, while others had positive interactions. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in room comfort and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
