Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Taksim Square and public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The staff, particularly at reception, were often described as friendly, helpful, and polite, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and outdated facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others finding it repetitive or not well-labelled. Room sizes and comfort were generally acceptable, though some found the rooms dated or experienced issues like smoke smells. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while cleanliness and some facilities need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
