Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to major attractions and transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the guest experience. Many reviewers also mention good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, poor housekeeping, and pest problems. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others dissatisfied. Overall, the positives are the central location, helpful service, and reasonable pricing, while cleanliness is the main area needing improvement.
