Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests noting that their needs were promptly addressed. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few reviews mentioned issues. However, there were repeated complaints about small room sizes and misleading room photos, with some guests feeling disappointed by the difference between expectations and reality. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but room size and transparency could be improved.
