Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The service and hospitality, especially from the host Ali, were consistently highlighted as outstanding, with many guests noting his friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to guests' needs. Cleanliness received positive remarks, though a few reviews mentioned minor issues such as ants or bed bugs. The value for price was generally considered very good, and several guests appreciated the comfortable, well-equipped rooms. However, there were occasional complaints about room size, outdated facilities, and basement rooms being damp or cold. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel and expressing a desire to return.
