Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions, dining, and shopping. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who often went out of their way to assist with transfers, excursions, and general hospitality. Several reviews also complimented the beautiful views, especially from the terrace, and the comfortable atmosphere. However, some guests reported issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and during breakfast, and a few found the breakfast options lacking. Room size was occasionally mentioned as a downside, but overall, positive experiences with location and service stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
