The hotel is amazing I love the concept takes me back to an old loft are used to live in sadly the staff there is a Hispanic guy that works at the lobby that is very condescending and non-helpful. It’s like he does not want to be bothered. I ordered some towels to be delivered it took five hours to get the towels delivered I went downstairs many times to run some things from my car to the room and there was nobody in the lobby so I don’t understand why it took so long. It’s a shame because the hotel is good it’s an expensive hotel but for the experience the bad service the price of this location should definitely go down. I am a diamond member with Hilton and I was not treated like one
Pros:I love NYLO because it's really artfully decorated, yet calm, stimulating and interesting aesthetically and culturally. With the NYLO NOW style of communique, one gets the sense of being at the W, yet the price points are extremely reasonable. Great bang for the buck! Great bar, great food!
Cons:Sometimes it's loud at night, because people are actually laughing and having a good time. While I just plan to where ear plugs, it would be great if the sound was tamped down between the rooms. It would add a whole level of class to this hotel.
Pros:We caught a red eye flight into Dallas and were exhausted by the time we got out of the airport. Thank goodness for the staff, who allowed us to check in early at no extra charge to get some sleep! In addition to that, we had quite a few requests during our stay; we needed a mini fridge, needed to send a fax, I needed a spoon for my meal I had purchased elsewhere, I needed laundry done. The staff did all of these things without hesitation or judgement. Another great aspect was the facility. It was amazing how nice the facility was. And cool! I think this is the only hotel I have ever said that I can live at.
Cons:The only con I came across was in the fitness center. There were some exposed wiring where the hotel had attempted to plug in the machines. This was unsightly and I am sure dangerous. Also, the stationary bicycle I used rocked quite a bit while using it. Some minor upgrades could be done, but totally worth the stay.
Pros:Love the look but too much concrete. Rooms are almost like large jail cells

Pros:The decor! The moment I walked I was in awe. The bar, restraunt, pool area, lounge area, exercise area, and staff were all colorful, fun, and chill!
Cons:No microwave and frigarator readily available. TV was off center from the bed.
Pros:We liked the look of the hotel and that it was not surrounded by busy streets.
Cons:When we got back to our hotel in the evening, it had 5 cop cars around it. The inside of the hotel was so loud you could not even hear yourself. There was a huge party going on downstairs. It continued on until late in the night. More cops came. The hall was super loud and when we asked them nicely to quiet down, they had stuff to say to us that was uncalled for. We called the front desk to ask them to see if they could talk to the other party occupants, and they never did.
Pros:Hotel had a very a young and hip vibe to it. Different than any other hotel I have stayed in. Very nice.
Cons:Nothing bad to say.
